The Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) has notified all traffic
course providers and schools that we are unable to offer the DMV Handbook electronically
due to a contract dispute between the private handbook vendor and DHSMV. We
apologize for not being able to offer you access to the handbook. We hope
to offer the handbook in the future after the lawsuit is settled.
Our company and others in the industry would like to have the rights to provide
the Handbook to the public. If you agree and would like to share your concerns
with the Department of Highway Safety Motor Vehicles, your state legislator or Gov.
